Good Board Game Box Art
That yellow is striking. My eyes can't help but be drawn to this box when I see it at the club.

If you place the base game between the 3 expansions; they all seem to match up!

For similar reasons to Splendor, I really like the Seasons box because of its bright colours and nice clean design. I, er, still haven't played it though!

I always disappointed by GMTs artwork...

FFG generally give good box art - some of my favorites include:
Forbidden Stars:
Letters for Whitechapel:
Star Wars - Rebellion:
Additionally I like the box art for Black Fleet:

There's two names listed on the box and I think I'm right in saying one of them is the game designer and the other (Naiade) is the artist. It isn't exactly standard practice to give the artist a big box-front credit so I guess that says something about how much importance they were giving to the aesthetics.
Games have definitely been getting prettier over the last few years. I got out Taj Mahal last week and was struck by how muddy everything looked compared to more recent stuff.

Why are we even debating this? It's a well establish fact that "Moral Conflict : 1939" has the greatest box art of all time.
