7th continent

Hi all.
Does anyone know much about the 7th continent? I have seen it on kickstarter and considering getting but it is pretty expensive with the expansion. And I am not sure I will have the time to invest the days it would probably take to play it.
Is anyone else considering getting It?

I've got my copy of 7th continent.. and at some point I've thought about running a regular campaign... interested ?

What's the deal with this one? Do you play with the same people each time, or can players drop in and out? I'm really interested in playing, but don't want to commit to a campaign.

I'd be very interested in that too!

I've got a copy - I've played solo and it's fine. Would imagine it works well with 2 but any more and it might get a little dull. Mainly because of the mechanics. Find an action on a card - anyone on that card can help perform the action - everyone else sits out...

It's basically an old style adventure book played out with cards. You can save progress on a particular curse and then resume with either the same, less or more players. But as the game is like a story you might miss some vital text if you skip a game.

Happy to bring it one evening if there is interest.
