Well, following a successful outing for Merv last week, but with the slight complication of a visit to the Expo my unplayed shelf is down to:

I think I've seen this being played here before: would there be any interest if I offer Millennium Blades?

It's quite a unique game that simulates playing a Magic: the Gathering style CCG - you're building a collection of cards, trying to pick up cards that will work well together and keeping an eye on how the metagame develops. Takes around 2 hours and up to five players.

First played my copy the other week and I'm a big fan.

David, welcome to join this, though other games will also be available - including probably some lighter/jollier ones.
My advice to newcomers is always just to be there a little before 7 if you can as games get underway pretty swiftly and I've seen people walk in at ten past to find every game already underway. Can always turn up early and eat there too.
