Also... You *know* I want to play Terra Mystica and Seasons, but I'm also interested in City of Remnants and Merchants and Maurauders. And probably some of the others I've not heard of!

Hah, Mage Knight is fun but you should only say that if you're prepared to spend the entire first session playing the tutorial. A first run of the tutorial with new players takes three to four hours.

I played it... yes the tutorial and yes it took 3 hours... good game though and willing to play if you need another bod...

There might be a demo of warlord I talked myself into next week... the designer wants to showcase it to us at the club... let me see if he replies... if not I'm in...

I'm happy to do the tutorial again. The game still has pleasing variety even with the restrictions the tutorial uses. Plus it is very pretty.
