No idea myself but you could ask at Wargames Emporium or The Outpost. The both have a lot of contact with painters so might be able to help you out

There were a few guys at the old Wargames club this board game club originated from. I presume they are still 'painting'...

I think 'Rilkyn' (a user here) / Craig has done something in the past for someone before but don't think he does it regularly. However he might still be worth contacting as he now plays at Rotherham Dice Devils (another Wargame/Board game club) and he might have contacts there that do.

Andy/Loki - Runs a terrain building and painting service: http://brigantesstudio.blogspot.co.uk/ He is a really good painter and you can check out his work here: http://napoleonicwargamingadventures.blogspot.co.uk/

On the painting side Andy works with another guy called Kevin... http://kevswargamescabin.blogspot.co.uk/

The only other person I know is Kelly... he started a terrain company recently... https://www.facebook.com/kelly.dodds.79?fref=ts

Kat got our Alvin & Dexter (Ticket to Ride expansion) figures painted by someone at Wargames Emporium. Not sure who, but she may be able to remember...

I think Janco Toys in Barnsley paint miniatures.
