This week we'll be giving 'The Path to Panic' another test-play.

I'm a no show this week - I will be braving the wilds of Scotland... and drinking lots of whiskey!

Aw man, I'm away next week at a gig. I love a bit of Game of Thrones

Whilst nosing around in other people's bags last night I noticed somebody had Code Word which I would love to try if the owner is interested in bringing it this Tuesday. Also interested in finding out if the fuss over Samurai is about more than the pretty models .

Anyone have a copy of Star Realms Colony Wars or Pandemic Legacy yet?

I might bring down a few recent unplayed Kickstarters if anyone is interested in Web Of Spies, Space Movers, Robots on the Line, Melee or Coup Rebellion G54.

I do have Pandemic Legacy. I haven't decided yet whether to get together a group to play it or to keep it as a game which Paula and I can work through over the winter, like Sherlock Holmes was last winter.

As mentioned, I will be bringing The Path to Panic for another playtest. It'll take 5 players plus myself, at the moment we have:

1. Lizzy
2. Karl B
3. Steveygee
4. Paul C
5.

Last time the 5th was Matthew McDevitt, not sure if he'll be there or not, or if he'll want to play. If someone wants to tentatively take the 5th slot now, let me know (although you might have to be prepared to be usurped by Matthew if he is there). Otherwise, I'll just see who is available on the day. Thanks!

Hi Dave B. Thanks for your interest! I've put you in the fifth slot for now. If Mr McDevitt turns up and wants to play, I'm afraid he'll have priority, but even if that does happen, there will be plenty other playtest sessions in the future. My plan/hope is to bring The Path to Panic to SBGC once a fortnight for the next multiple months (or until I'm convinced it's good enough to begin pitching it to agents/publishers) so anyone who is interested in playing the game who hasn't yet had a chance will surely be able to jump in at some point in the future. I'm looking forward to seeing you all at the pub on Tuesday!

There are rumours that there will be a sherlock holmes expansion at the beginning of next year, solving the only problem I had with the game, the fact that I wanted more of it.

I'm planning on coming along on Tuesday but don't know what to play.

I was bought Dead of Winter way back in June but am yet to play it. Would anyone be interested in a game who has played before? I've read the rules and watch the videos so shouldn't be to clueless. Hopefully.

Happy to play anything else as well.
