Thursday already and no one is planning next week? Tsk!

I'll be bringing Keyflower (with the Farmers expansion) and The Great Fire of London 1666.

If Welcome to the Dungeon actually shows up, I'll be bringing that too.

I can't make it I'm afraid, away with work.

Hopefully I'll start ticking off some of those games I've recently promised to play (Dominant Species, GoT, Agricola, etc) oxt Tuesday instead.

It's one if those rare times when I can't make it. Hopefully, you'll manage without me.

Anyone want to play one of my expo purchases The Ancient World? It's an increadibly pretty heavyish worker placement game by the designer of Empires of the Void.

It does keep getting mentioned... I think DaveB (for one) is eager to get a game going, but it may have to be an extra-curricular affair.

I've been meaning to try out Imperial Settlers since someone had it at the club a couple of months back but I haven't had a chance yet. At the Expo I found myself sat next to the designer who was showing people the new Atlanteans faction and explaining how it would work and what it would change in the game. I just nodded and tried to look like I knew what he was talking about.

Oh yeah, we were going to play some of Risk's descendants, right? Anyone want to bring Smallworld? It's one of the games I've wanted to play pretty much since coming to the club out had eluded me for about two years! The area control, the theme, the creation of races out of two traits, the playtime, it all sounds really cool and exactly the sort of game I would like.

So many games... I think I'm going to have to avoid Lizzy's option and go for this. In which case, Alex - feel free to PM if you want a lift down the hill.

I do have BSG + Pegasus Expansion. I can bring it this Tuesday if there's enough people interested. 5 players would be best but I think we can try it with 4.

That makes us full - myself, Alex, Tom C and Psychoman Sam. Whoever is there first grab a table. We can probably get away with one of the 3*3'.

I have Risk 2210 AD en-route from Amazon. However, one of the guys we played Risk with last Tuesday, mentioned he'd bring Shogon. Which looks pretty intesting. If he brings it (he said he wouod) I'll play that, if not, Risk 2210 AD? (assuming a timely delivery of course).

Also, wonder if we ask Karl very nicely, we may get a game of Game of Thrones (board game) at some point. Has anyone played it before?

You don't have to ask too nicely - it's the club's copy! But yeah, first week of July for a game? I've played it 3/4 times but will have a re-read of the rules beforehand.

Having a bit of an Area Control game phase at the mo. Last week played Paranoia Risk, next week Shogun, then Risk 2210 AD, then Game of Thrones; hopefully...
