As promised I'll be bringing Great Western Trail - who wants to herd cattle across the American plains with me? Plays up to 4.

From the Cosmic Saturday thread, I suggested I'd set up a newbie game of Cosmic Encounter (with just a small smattering of the optional rules). 5 or 6 would be a good number for this, I think. More experienced players welcome too, of course, but we're going to try to keep things relatively simple so probably none of the red aliens or hazards, etc.

Can't believe I missed out on GWT... damn you internet companies for not allowing instant transfer of phone lines between thy selves!!!

As a heads up - the room is booked from 5-7pm by another group - so no early gaming unless you sit in the main bar. I will mod the title for clarity.

I don't seem to be playing anything. Does anyone fancy playing Catan: Cities and Knights?
Technically we do could play with up to 6 but I think it plays better with 4.
(I typoed it as Cuties and Knights and that sounded like a very different game)

Looks like I've got to go to Trowbridge on Tuesday which is a good four hour drive from here. As a result an't promise I'll be along (in fact odds are at best I'll get back to Sheffield for around 1900) so if I'm not there by the time everyone else is able to do Cosmic Encounter then play without me

Oh no. Sorry Paul, but just realised I have my indie game dev meet-up this week (first Tuesday). May try and make it down later for a little hidden role shenanigans, but probably not before 10. Hopefully will get to play Cosmic Encounter another time.
