Cool. I'm gonna bring my whole collection but if anyone else has a mat they can bring it would be useful. Maybe we can set up in the small room. I think there's enough of us for a mini tournament at this point!

If we have two tables going we can switch after each game. If people were happy to stick to the same list each time and follow tournament time limit (75mins) we actually could do it as a mini round robin tourney. You guys might prefer to take your time and try a couple different lists though.
What do you think?

I don't mind
The squads I have made up are only based on the first few waves I own. So there is not much doubt that I will be coming last. But that's ok by me as I enjoy the challenge anyway.
So what would I need to bring? Ships and cards or just 100 point squad designs that I want to experiment with?

Mini tournie sounds good. I was gonna bring a few lists but this sounds like a better idea. I will bring my playmat so that'll be 2 if you bring yours. Really looking forward to this now!

Just be mindful of space and tables for other gamers... 2 large tables to house 4 players isn't ideal.

Will probably just have another casual session; would be nice to check out the x-wing action. See what all the fuss is about!

We can use small tables as long as we'll have somewhere else to put our cards.

I'll bring my own ships, reduces the chance of any clashes if someone wants to run a ship you only have 1 of. Plus I've still got ships I've not had a chance to open since Christmas, nevermind play with.

Fair enough! If someone wants to make a list for me I'll use whatever. Just don't design it to be terrible. If everyone builds a list for the self, I figure we could start with a mini list-building workshop just to avoid any big issues with list designs.

My other half's going to come and learn Netrunner, I think she's afraid I'll finally be better than her at a game. So that's 6 learners so far I think. We'll bring our base copy along too.

Oops! Looks like I was double (actually, it's triple) booked. I'm off to Silverstone on Tuesday evening to run a couple of laps around the track. Having to blow out board gaming and computer game dev meet-ups! You just can't compete! :p

Also, just be aware, there's some nonsense going on with a Sheffield 'football' club. I'm guessing the roads may be a little busy, may affect some...
