Another week another session at the Uni Arms - back to 7pm. I'm down to play X-wing I believe.

But while I'm here - it would be super useful if you can let us know if you want to attend the Xmas Party on the 19th...

I'm coming, any requests for anything? I'd love to host a game of tragedy looper. Ideally with at least one other that's played before just to help with some  if the harder scenarios.
Otherwise happy to bring vast.

Hold that thought... disaster has struck and the room has been doubled booked by one of the new staff members. It's some University awards thing that Ash (the manager) can not get out of...

so currently we are room less - you are still welcome to go to the Uni arms and play in the main bar - but not ideal...

It's short notice so I cannot guarantee we can find another venue for this evening - especially given the season. But if we manage something I'll let you know via email and post here.

Further to my previous message - IanM has kindly organised with Ruth and Andy that we can use and abuse the Treehouse gaming café for this evening. If you mention you are from our Tuesday club the rate will be discounted to £2.50 for entry and access to their extensive library. There is a bar and food available.

Thanks to The Treehouse for giving us a home last night! Had a wonderfully engaging and enjoyable game of Tragedy Looper which only makes me want to play it some more. Really fun to try a longer scenario and it felt like the we were uncovering *just* enough information to make it hard without it being impossible or frustrating.

X-Wing was good fun too, and the Treehouse was a really nice venue, and I appreciate them helping us out!

We almost managed a game of Inis which is really good. Does anyone at the club own a copy?

Agreed re Tragedy Looper; I was really impressed with how well-paced that felt. Definitely interested in playing that again.

I believe Mike4000 but he has just had a baby so might not be down for a while...

I really enjoyed the game also - really went down to the wire and was a really great session! Happy to host more games of this, although I do prefer to be the mastermind but happy to play either side.
