This one I cannot make as it's the leaving concert for Noah's school. This means I will NEED some extra-curricular gaming in the week to recover... anyone for Imperial Assault Skirmish mode? I can do Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri evening that week. PM or text me.

I'm out for the next few weeks, back on the 28th I think...

EDIT: Probably won't be down till around 10. Looks like I'll miss out on Game of Thrones, unless Karl organises for another time. Ah well.

Aneurin, The cowboy Avalon hats and boards, I left at Paul's house on Saturday night; I think they were in a thin white (possible Asda) carrier bag. The 'bullet' I have with me here; I'll bring it on Tuesday, and leave it under the bench with the other games.

Looks like I'll be missing (or down late) for this one too as I've been summoned to London. Aneurin - I'd be up for some extra-curricular IA. Will chat to you tomorrow about it.

Should be down for the first and last time for a few weeks. Work and life really get in the way of gaming, I've barely played since the Expo!

Jamie - happy to leave GoT for a while, probably late August before I'll be down again.

I fancy some familiar Euro action so will bring Manhattan Project, Le Havre and Russian Railroads but happy just to get a fix really!

No - a good lancelot switched to bad has the same options as other spies.


The rules are not super-clear!


Big thanks to Lizzy for bringing Lords of Vegas down last night, a very close game in the end, mostly due to the scoring system which stopped Kes doing better. The super-casino was the game-winning remodel!

We were playing a variant of variant 2 last night Matt. Basically, the same as 2, just not turning all the cards face up at the start of the game.

So, with variant 2, if you're a Lancelot, and currently evil, you have to play a fail if you're on the mission.

We haven't been playing a strict Lancelot variant, but I think it works well.

Gareth wasn't on mission 4 Andy, he was good Lancelot, turned evil...

Yep then it's a must-fail for whomever is the currently evil Lancelot

One problem with variant 2 as written, is that an evil Lancelot at the start of the game, may see he will only switch once, say on mission 3; then fess up straight away to being evil Lancelot. If multiple people claim the role, they are either evil Lancelot, good Lancelot, or generic plain evil.

Yep, as we've been playing it, both the good and evil Lancelot's, never actual get a choice of mission card to play; they must play success or fail, respectively.

Need to add in variant 3 too. The good and evil Lancelot's know each other (see each other during the reveal phase).
