Tuesday 5th January 2016
We are back at the Uni Arms. I'm down to finish the Twin Shadows Imperial Assault Campaign with Kes, lizzy, Karl and the evil overlord of the empire PaulyG. See you all in the New year.
Re: Tuesday 5th January 2016
My new year resolution will be to sell all my unplayed games at the Expo. I will therefore be trying to play unplayed games.
Which is largely the same thing I said last year and yet have more unplayed games now then I had 12 months ago.

The real question is !how many appear on both lists?
I'll be along I should think - No idea what I fancy playing yet though - depends what Santa might bring!

If you wait until the following week for Trickerion I'll join in to play the advanced game!

OK, if we're going to play Trickerion on the 12th, can I get 4 people to play Panamax on the 5th? The game is supposed to be at its best when playing with 4 players, so far I've played 2 and 3 player games (and enjoyed it immensely), but not yet with 4.
Dave B hasagreed begged me to allow him to play, I need 2 more... Fancy another crack at it Beardy Tom? Anyone?

Re: Tuesday 5th January 2016
I will be back at Sheffield Board Games Club for this first session of the new year, and I'm not bringing Path to Panic this time. I'm actually going to socialize properly and play games! I don't have much experience of a wide variety of games, so I guess I'll just show up and see what's on the go and slot in where there is space available and/or players needed.
I was unable to book a hotel in Birmingham for the UKGE at the point I initially planned to and now all the cheap small rooms are gone. I'm now looking at the Premier Inn. Is anyone else who has booked the Premiere Inn (or is planning to) going to be around this Tuesday? Might be worth discussing meetups there or shared taxis from the hotel to the venue each morning or something.
Thanks!
-Andy

Re: Tuesday 5th January 2016
All. Just a reminder that we will be starting to collect annual subs again as of tomorrow. £2 for the year, first session still free for newbies. Aneurin has slyly moved the kitty on to me for 2016 but give your money to either of us.

Slightly off topic, but can I just say that, at £2/yr, this remains a remarkable bargain. I'm sure it's not keeping up with the rate of inflation. Thanks to everyone who keeps SBGC up and running with this minimal cost.

We are from Yorkshire - of course we want to do it as cheap as possible .
