Re: Sunday 17th April - Playtesting
The Path to Panic v3.4 is finally completely ready for playtesting, so I'll be along on Sunday and will bring it then. After a year of intense development, I feel like I'm nearly ready for some hands-off testing, but since this is the first outing for this version (which is substantially different from any previous variation), I'll be playing it with whoever else wants to volunteer.
The game still theoretically plays 4-6. Tweaks to the story mean it's probably not suitable for children under 14 (the theme is one of horror, after all). It would probably take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to play a full game. I'm not sure if that is too long for one of these Sunday afternoon sessions - I don't want to monopolize the time with my bloated beast of a game at the expense of other people's designs. If it looks like there isn't enough time to play it on Sunday, I might bring it next Tuesday instead.
If it goes well on Sunday and no major changes seem necessary, I hope to do the first blind playtest at a normal SBGC gathering either the 26th of April or the 3rd of May.
I look forward to seeing the progress of Tsundoku and everyone else's designs.
Thanks.

Re: Sunday 17th April - Playtesting
How did it get this late in the month this quickly! I was in this thread typing up a reply to say I would come down to play Path to Panic before I noticed I missed it! Sorry guys. Path to panic next month? Seeing as I have dodged playing it for so long and know very little about it I may as well be a hands-off tester when it is ready for that.
