Games day...

Hi all,

Several friends of mine meet semi-regularly at the Shakespeare pub near Shalesmoor to play games.

The next one of these is scheduled for 6th April, kicking off at noon(ish) until $somePointLaterInTheEvening

Yes we know its the day *after* tabletop day, but the place was booked on the Saturday

If anyone fancies coming along they're more than welcome. There is no food available at the pub so we tend to do a 'bring and share' picnic - everyone brings some stuff and then folk can help themselves.

Generally the focus is on playing a large variety of relatively short games (in the hour ballpark) but you'll likely find people interested in all sorts of stuff.

There is a group on Facebook, here. I'm one of the admins so will approve any requests ASAP

We have the function room upstairs to play in which offers a decent raft of space. I've no idea what the limit in real terms is for how many we could accommodate but we've never yet been hurting for space.

For once I actually did quite well!

Technically you won Bang! even though you were dead Good guys won so it's a shared victory... Also Dice Duel was a team win as well...

Alright, Mr Memory! I remember losing Jamaica hard and everything before that is THE DISTANT PAST.

Finishing time can be a bit fluid - I'd suggest if its after 1800 or so you might want to give me a ring first to see if we're still going
