I can also get there around 9:00 to help in whatever way I can. Yes I have no life...

A new issue...

It turns out the HUBs have double booked me (it's almost as if someone is trying to tell me something)

I should be able to confirm the new venue tomorrow, but it's currently between
1. Sheffield Wednesday FC - £400 (they only have large round tables, no rectangular tressel tables. I'm also a little wary about booking another football ground)
2. Sheffield University Students Union (although they are working out a price and the logistics of how I can have exclusivity whilst keeping the bar open for students)
3. Hilton Hotel - £500 (I managed to get them down from £900 however I need to clarify the parking situation - although there is a multi story just behind the hotel which I have been informed costs £3 per day)

Hopefully this shouldn't be too much of an issue and the event will be back on track very soon
