REMINDER FOR ALL - last week to express interest in attending the Xmas party on the 19th! I need to put the final food order in this Tuesday so don't forget to let us know if you are in or out!

My birthday soon, I plan to pop down early this Tuesday and play a proper game. Wouldn't mind giving Archipelago a go, if anyone's interested?

Coming along and looking for a game - someone mentioned Archipelago, which I have been vaguely wanting to try for a while.

Stuff I own that I would enjoy playing if anyone is interested:

-I, Spy, where you play as a secret agent moving round pre-WWI Europe trying to secretly advance the agenda of your home nation.
-Shogun, chaotic territory control dudes-on-a-map game with partially random order of actions, so passes itself off as being a serious strategy game while being ridiculously random.
-Tales of the Arabian Nights, a bizarre choose-your-own-adventure-style game where you move around and have encounters with mystical creatures. Basically always up for this.
-Merchants & Marauders aka Sid Meier's Pirates! on a board - bit of a long one but again something I'm always up for.

Karl, I'd be up for either Brewcrafters or Russian Railroads. Particularly keen to give the latter a try.

I've also got Fields of Arle and Trickerion unplayed. Might be playing one of them of Wed, but very keen for these too.

Andy, I'd be up for another game of Agra, if there's room.

If anyone else wants to play Archipelago, let's go for it. Really needs 3 players minimum though.

If we can't get a third, wondering it anyone would like to try Spheres of Influence (bit like Risk, but better).

I'll be down, no big plans. Definitely would like to play Shogun sometimes, Matt, and Brewcrafters, Karl, even if they don't come out this week.

Still looking for something - happy with Archipelago if we can find a third. I don't object to Spheres of Influence, Jamie, but looking at it I don't know how well it would go with just two. If anyone else is bothered by Shogun I can bring that, though last time I played with three I got sandwiched in the middle and lost horribly. :p

Spheres of Influence is normally pretty popular, so imagine would get a few takers on the night. I'll bring it anyway, along with Archipelago, just in case. More than happy to give Shogun a whirl too, have played before and quite liked it. See you tonight.
