Re: Karl's games
Oh yeah, X-Wing! I have that too (though technically that's Gary's one and only game).
Also, this has reminded me about Claustrophobia, the 2-player only asymmetrical dungeon crawler. Have you played that, Kes? I would have thought you'd really like it.

Re: Karl's games
I used to, but I didn't have any one to play it with .
I sold it to a friend in the end (I say sold, he never actually gave me any money for it...). I'm sure I can borrow it back off him if you want to try it.

Incidentally, I'm happy to make Claustrophobia extra-curricular if you want; would be a bit anti-social at club. Unless our 2-player only night actually happens

I did say we should split it... but yes, sorry Karl. We made a mess.

Post-Expo update.
Strozzi is still unplayed!
Feel free to go off on a tangent.

I've played Strozzi once. It was a while ago bit it's ok. I'll play it sometime if you want
Re: Karl's games
I'd be more than happy to do a 2 player night. Been trying to play Knizia's Battleline for ages. Also got Confrontation of course and some other interesting things like Dungeon Twister, Love Letter, Navia Dratp.
Although, drat. I've just realised, it would involve me reading some rules.....Mmmm.

Managed to restrain myself at the Expo and only picked up Sushi Go! (fantastic filler) and Brew Crafters (worker placement and craft beer nirvana) - added to the list.

Have you tried Brew Crafters yet? I really enjoyed it and would definitely be up for a game if you ever bring it down to the club.karl_b wrote:Managed to restrain myself at the Expo and only picked up Sushi Go! No, I haven't managed to play it yet. Might organise a game at mine over the next couple of weeks if you fancy it?

Re: Karl's games
Few holiday purchases added - Zooloretto, Flash Point: Fire Rescue – Dangerous Waters, Fluxx and Qwirkle - mostly easy games to play with the other half.

Added Ticket to Ride: UK, seems I have Map Collections 1 and 5 but not 2, 3 or 4. I find this lack of completeness disturbing.

I have Map collection 2 - we just need to find someone with 3 and 4 and we can rest easy with our consolidated collection.karl_b wrote:Added Ticket to Ride: UK, seems I have Map Collections 1 and 5 but not 2, 3 or 4. I find this lack of completeness disturbing.

So tempted to mod this thread to remove distractions...
Added expansion for Russian Railroads, mini expansion for Manhattan Project and Flick 'em Up. Need more Flick 'em Up on the table, I've only played my copy a couple of times with family.

Lets be fair though Paul(C), right now it appears to be Schrödinger's Pre-order...

Well, yes, though despite the order not appearing on my usual account and not having any paperwork for the order I'm 90% sure I didn't just imagine placing the order.
