Caverna and Marvel Dice Masters should have arrived so I'll be bringing those... I'm bored of painting zombies and need a night out. So anyone up for beating me at souped-up Agricola?

Yes, definitely count me in for Caverna; I've been contemplating buying it as I didn't think anyone else had it!

I haven't got it until 4pm today Its en-route as I type...

They both arrived... Caverna is a 7 player...

I'm hoping to come along, and should be armed with Dice Masters and Gravwell. ( What? They're not new, I've had them for AGES... :-/)

Will be later than usual, around 7:45.

I'll be there as usual. Guess I'll bring Kolejka again, but happy to play whatever. Would feel like I was cheating on my brother if I played Dice Masters without him though so might give that a miss.

I've hurt my back and can't leave the house so I'm out this week. Gutted, I really wanted to play Caverna; how about you guys play it, iron out the rules and then we can play it next time?!

How was Caverna?

Well apart from coming 3rd and during the game developing a nasty stomach bug that saw me off on Wednesday (that's my excuse for letting Laura beat me ) ... pretty good. Not much to add beyond the BGG reviews... Very similar to Agricola (rooms instead of cards); but a much closer game (no-one got left behind and we all had good working caves by the end) - no food stress (that can be a positive with newer players). All in all a very good euro...

Only downside - analysis paralysis (but that depends on who you play with - I'm not mentioning Joel and Mike D here). We played 6 players and it took 4 hours.
