I've reserved a room at the Ramada Encore. It's only £42 for a double room and 10mins walk from the expo so seems pretty reasonable.

We'll have room in the car for another 2 (or 3 at a push) if anyone wants a lift down. I guess we'll be going early Sat and coming back when it's over on Sun.

Yeah, looks good. I'd take a hoodie and Gary'd probably have a T-shirt. I agree it needs to say Sheffield Board Games Club somewhere. Maybe on the back? Forum names would be cool too, but it does depend how much this is all going to cost...

We're going Saturday and coming back Sunday, can't afford to take the time off work to do Friday as well.
