27 Sept meeting

I shall be coming on foot, so no games in my car boot. Been playing Rise of Empires - civilization-building in 3 hours.

With the TI3 game Saturday and a Warhammer battle tonight I'm running short on brownie points.

I'll be there, with The Resistance and possibly more.

I should be there, depending on when I get back from looking at culverts in various locations around Yorkshire!

Well I think that was probably the rowdiest Tuesday meeting I've been to! Anyone fancy a game of BSG any time soon?

Yes, that was a good session (for those who didn't make it we played The Resistance which is a werewolf-mafia style game of bluff and betrayal. So certain players were in their element whilst us honest and noble players were cruelly outwitted).

And we may have a couple of more players next time; there were at lest two people showing interest in us last night. I thnk the Ankh-Morpork game is a good recruiting tool :-) So a mega-BSG game would be a hoot.

Apropos Marc's tip off: I went to "The Works" in Meadowhall today and sat some cheap Rio Grande games. Then got an email from Clive about a load he bought at the Sheffield store. Worth keeping an eye out for these shops.

I went to the works as well yesterday, 5 games for £40!!! That should keep me busy for a few weeks

I have BSG. But... Away for the next meet and usual dont make it till 8.30pm if i am let out which would be too late for a game. Anyway I can pass it on to Mike on Saturday if you want?
