Sweet thank you for the quick responses guys,
I was hoping for a good mix.
The event is going to be ticketed and not really a drop in thing, therefore I think games that are quick to play (we have the venue for 11 hours so they don't need to be super quick lol) with a simple concept would be best. This way we aren't spending the majority of time explaining rules.

Im gonna place the order for the T-Shirts today.
Iv got the sizes from most of you, looking at Aneurin's first post of people who can definitely make it, I'm still waiting to hear from Tom...
I'm also waiting to hear from the "possible list" if anyone knows their sizes can you let me know today.
If not it's okay I will get them at a later date, like I previously mentioned, the urgency is due to WellChild trying to save on postage costs.
Cheers guys

Paula says she'd like to be involved too so if there's still time for t-shirt orders then a Large and a Medium, please.

Re: WellChild (charity number 289600) Charity event - 8/11/2015
Just an FYI
Anyone volunteering (running games) DOES NOT need to buy a ticket
I'm unable to post links to the event on Facebook here or to the Patriot Games website where the tickets are being sold,
But I would appreciate it if you could share the event with everyone and anyone you think might be interested

I'm still happy to put some money in the pot for the charity... Donation rather than ticket .
Re: WellChild (charity number 289600) Charity event - 8/11/2015
I'll be putting in the cost of a ticket to the charity too, any idea how to find the links to the event to share?

As an aside I'll be putting money into the hat too, regardless of whether I'm ultimately able to attend or not.

Agreed - I'll be having at least as much fun as the punters, so I'll pay at least as much as they do!Aneurin wrote:I'm still happy to put some money in the pot for the charity... Donation rather than ticket .

I've collated the games that people have said they are going to bring to enable Rob to publish a selection of the games that will be on offer. Feel free to edit as appropriate. I don't suppose it matters if we bring more than we've stated, a "plus many more!" will take care of that!
We may also want to remove some of the duplication (3 copies of Fluxx, 2 of King of Tokyo).

I'm happy for my selection to be trimmed (i.e. I won't bring king of tokyo or fluxx, and possibly others of the more bulky variety like shadows)
nice formatting by the way

Re: WellChild (charity number 289600) Charity event - 8/11/2015
Assuming I'll make it I'll bring some stuff along (Colt Express, Black Fleet, Hanabi and so on) but if I'm not I'm happy to donate stuff from my collection (link) to the cause.
Re: WellChild (charity number 289600) Charity event - 8/11/2015
I'll be playing x-wing, but I can bring other games.
Stuff that's not on the list yet: Blueprints, La Boca, Colt Express, Gravwell, Hanabi, Jamaica.
I can also bring duplicate copies of King of Tokyo, Forbidden Island, Hey That's My Fish! and Splendor, if it's any use.
I will need a lift there from someone though please... Aneurin?
