What should we call our Boardgame Cafe?
Cafe name vote!
Evening all. Thanks for the input so far towards our cafe. We're making steady progress, but there's a lot to get through! Next up on the list is a name for the place, so we'd like your opinion on the name for our Café. We have a couple of favourites, so the vote won't be conclusive, but we'd love to take your favourites into consideration! Please select your top 2 favourites;

The Cardboard Kettle isn't too bad, neither is Munchkins (though, wondering it there may be legal issues, as the name is very similar to a popular board game). I think my main concern would be; will people recognise it as being a board gaming place?
Re: Cafe name vote!
Personally - I think any place should operate first and foremost as a cafe. You don't and probably won't get a cafe full of hardend gamers everyday. And if you did they wouldn't spend much. You want to attract new people into the hobby. They come in for a cuppa - and then see the games and want to try them. Word spreads then people who have heard of pandemic, settlers and carcassonne start turning up - try new games... And the business builds from there.
Cardboard Kettle sounds like it would be a funky/trendy place. You could have those cardboard plant pot things. Do drinks in paper cups and offer seeds to grow in them as some
Sort of funky recycling thing. Even sell cardboard kettles to plant things in. All
Furniture that upcycled style that's popular. I could see it working on many levels.
